"Is showing up at the wrong time, years after the fact, rather than five minutes later, a thing you do a lot of, as well?" Amy's question was punctuated by a raise of her eyebrows, wondering if this Doctor could tell her if that were a new development or something that happen often and long before he came along in her life. Eating blue grass seemed to be a recent development, or so he said, so it wasn't wrong that she wondered what else happened to be "recent developments" for the Doctor.
Either way, meeting other versions of the Doctor? Amy never thought that would happen, what with his always banging on about this and that with time and then there was that stuff with River, the spoilers of things and all that. This place was definitely getting in the way of those rules of his, it seemed.
"Oh! Right. He doesn't talk about his past much, honestly. I know he's the last of his kind, he has a history with these things called the Daleks but he acted like I should have known about 'em, too. Do you know River Song?" It was the only thing that Amy could think of that would be specific to her Doctor, although she didn't know that River came across his previous regeneration, as well. "Does that mean you're human?"
