"I dunno how River knows how to fly the TARDIS but she acted like you, the you I know, didn't teach her. So it can't be that hard to figure out," she told him pointedly. "Could be a River thing, though. The you I know, he goes on like it's all complicated, too." Amy rolled her eyes a bit at this, because it couldn't be that complicated! "I've flipped a lever or two and nothing bad happened." Well, not really. Until the Doctor went and corrected what she did, but that was a sign she didn't do anything that couldn't be repaired, she decided. It didn't stop her from wanting to ask if she couldn't just do a little bit to help in flying the TARDIS, with her Doctor, but she knew he'd start flailing about and gabbling on about this or that, trying to confuse her, to make her forget all about the question she asked.
"Now that you mention it..." Amy looked a bit bothered by this, because the things she didn't know about the Doctor, they were beginning to add up as she started to talk to this one. "No, he didn't tell me about her. I saw pictures, of some of the women he's travelled with, thanks to the TARDIS. But the only one that sticks out is the one in the leather bikini."
