"I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing to know. Guess that means I'm not the only Girl Who Waited, unless it was a bloke or a planet full of people that you kept waiting, before." Amy made a bit of a face as she said this, because that was rubbish, wasn't it? He had a time machine, a real, proper time machine and he mucked up something like arriving on time. Being left behind wasn't something she'd get over quite so easy, but that was also something reserved for her Doctor, not this one.
"No, but I did end up with an Angel in my eye for a bit. All he said was, "Don't blink!" and I didn't, but I looked it in the eyes." A quick beat passed before she asked, "Wait, you had to share a flat with someone because of the Weeping Angels?" Her tone held a hint of amusement because the idea of the Doctor sharing a flat with someone? It was one that she couldn't wrap her mind around. It was so... normal. The Doctor and normal didn't go hand-in-hand in her mind.
Amy might have felt just a touch smug or boastful at realising she put together the pieces about this version of the Doctor she was talking to. She was pleased with herself enough that she let out a laugh, followed with her usual, "Result!" because she wasn't going to have him walk her through everything.
"Soooo," she drawled out, as the real question of his being the Doctor came about, "Does that mean you have a TARDIS then, too?"
