The Doctor stopped and turned around to face her, his thumb and first two fingers rubbing a little, arms lazily held up. The light in her eyes seemed to almost reflect in his own as he smiled at her, adding a small nod afterwards.
Turning away, e continued walking in the direction he had chosen originally. His hands fell by his sides but still his fingers rubbed. "Looks very human..." he stopped and knelt down to pick a few blades of grass free from the ground, holding them up to look closer. He peered and squinted before popping a couple of blades into his mouth, pausing only to spit them out like a child that had just eaten something it didn't like.
"It tastes like Earth. America maybe?" he paused and stood, looking around. He sniffed at the air and breathed in deep. It was all so much like Earth, the smells, the tastes, but it was if something was off. Nothing flowed the same way and that was a major deal. What if this place had been fabricated to look like Earth? A prison of sorts... Or perhaps it really was just another universe, something similar only... not.
"You said you've been here longer than me. Well, that's obvious but... What have you gathered from the stars?" he asked, glancing up at the sky.
