"Hopefully those people who rely on you, they can get on without you for a bit, yeah? Cos, as far as I know, we're stuck here. No one's found a way out, yet and I dunno what happens when we're pulled from where we're supposed to be." Amy explained this, not to put a feeling of guilt on him, but to let him know that those people he left behind at home? They may not be seen for a while, if at all. She didn't want to be the one to tell him this, but it was better than thinking tomorrow he could hop back on his motor bike and head back home, like Red Oak never happened. If it were that simple, she would have asked the Doctor that they pop off in the TARDIS to the moon or Mars or something, as soon as he showed up.
Amy held that air of excitement being on the back of his bike and the faster speeds, even letting out a bit of a cheerful laugh, because this was some of the most fun she'd had in a while. She may be helping someone get used to Red Oak, by showing them around a little, at least, but it could still be fun, she thought.
"Right, you're gonna take a left after the cemetery and it should be about a block away, after that."
