"Sure, what's she look like?" Amy's question might sound odd, but since she didn't know this Tifa woman and if she came across her somewhere that wasn't over the communications, she'd have to know what she looked like to tell her that this Cloud fella was here, wouldn't she? "I don't know if everyone in this place uses the comms, so it'll help, know who she is an' all." It'd be like if she told someone to be on the look out for Mels, in case her best friend showed up here, she would expect that they might want to know a few details. And Amy was attempting to be helpful. As helpful as she could be, at least. She couldn't offer him a place to stay or any money to help him out, but she could be on the look out for his friend and show him around a bit.
Amy grinned at his offer, because most people didn't accept rides from strangers, but Amy wasn't most people. She got into a blue police box that happened to be bigger on the inside, with a man she didn't really know, outside of him being her imaginary friend from childhood and the stories she made up about her Raggedy Doctor.
"Yeah," she answered after a moment, before adding, "I don't know a whole lot about Red Oak, but there's this place called the Abigail Winters Manor. I hear it's the place for the lot of the new arrivals to stay for free or somethin'." Honestly, Amy didn't know, aside from the talk here and there from others, because she ended up staying elsewhere when she arrived her and now, with the Doctor here, she had the TARDIS.
