Rodya eyed him and then the door, eyes darting back and forth between them quickly out of fear. Finally his eyes settled on the door and nervously, he started to move towards it, his hand reaching out with great care to touch the handle. "We shall see how trust worthy your words are" he said, before tugging the door open. Surprisingly, it opened rather simply. Beyond the now open door, he could see he rest of the library. He had apparently woken up in just one particular section of the library. What the section was, he didn't know or really care for that matter.
Turning to look back at the strange man, he kept one hand on the door. "And exactly what lies outside these walls? What awaits me and where am I supposed to go? Should I wander the streets as filth and settle as dust and grime on the very ground below? Or am I to simply find my own way?" he asked, turning to glance through the open space in the door. What a strange world he had woken to.
