So far, so good. Jaime had met and possibly befriended one of the residents of the house. They'd fairly thoroughly explored earlier, and while Jaime had never had a lot of girl friends, she thought Stef was all right. She'd ventured outside earlier in the afternoon, but it wasn't any nicer than it had been that morning -- and it was a little warmer to boot. She figured if she was going to do any outside exploring, it would definitely be in the predawn hours. She did plan to crash early enough to hopefully get back onto her normal schedule; she was convinced the drugs had just kept her out later than she usually slept. That was her story and she was sticking to it. After dinner, she'd headed up to her room to shower and change into her lounging around the house clothes. While she was perfectly aware they were all being filmed, probably constantly, she wasn't going to spend an entire year hanging around in jeans and bras. So when she dressed after her shower, it was in a pair of PJ pants and a tanktop sans bra. It was warm enough that she wasn't worried about cold toes, so her feet stayed bare as she hopped back downstairs. She had concluded that while she and Stef weren't the only ones around, neither were they living in a full house. She had seen one guy, and heard (possibly) one other person -- so that meant there were at least four people here, total. But definitely not twenty-four, and she wondered if they did plan to eventually fill all the rooms. Shrugging to her thoughts, Jaime made a pass through the kitchen before weaving through the dining area to the entertainment room on the far side of the house. She had snagged a bag of pretzels and a Coke on her way and if the room was empty, she claimed a seat in front of the TV. If it wasn't, she claimed a seat that wasn't invading anyone's space and watched whatever happened to already be on. |
