"That's so good go hear!" She replied, honestly glad that Harry was doing much better. That was one more thing off of her plate, and she was glad to let it go. "I had a feeling you would be able to help him." She said, trying to be encouraging to Carlos, he had a very kind heart and that was something to be proud of.
When he mentioned being rude to her, Mag shook her head and offered Carlos a warm smile, "You weren't. Trust me, I would've let you know if you were being rude. I don't tolerate rudeness." She replied and it was true, she was far too old to be playing emotional games with anyone and she wasn't afraid to speak her mind. She was also willing to admit when she was behaving inappropriately as well, which is why she had apologized to Harry for being rude and talking about him to Carlos as if he hadnt existed.
When Carlos turned to walk, Mag took stride with him, walking easily next to him, hands still in the pockets of her jacket, trying to keep her hands warm. She loved snow, but she only tolerated being cold for so long. "I'm enjoying all of this festivity, it's amazing that there is still life in this city. It gives me hope that the people here still believe that things can change." She said softly, looking around at everything.
Mag didn't expect anything from Carlos, his friendship was more than enough and she was grateful that they could be friends. It warmed her heart that she wasn't alone, and that Carlos didn't have to feel alone either, though that could only go so far.
