Annie might have previously said that getting the work over and done with first would be preferable. But after Tony declared his order choice, she thought about it. The kind of work he did, the kinds of things she did, they could take a really long time.
"Yep." She said finally. "I have to agree with that way of things."
Besides, work could always be stopped. Or paused. Whatever.
"Shh." She reached up and blindly patted his face, looking for his mouth to put a finger over his lips. "We're not talking about what's out there. Out there doesn't exist."
