She led him through the terrain for about an hour not saying a word. When they crested a hill she stopped and frowned as she looked down into a ditch. The wind had been coming from the wrong direction but as soon as Will got to the top of the hill he'd smell the corruption of decaying flesh and the "humans" that were having at the remains down there.
"This is what's out there. I killed them yesterday, but left them there to throw off my scent, draw in whatever others are lurking around looking for a free meal."
