Dinah met Dean's eyes and nodded. She was actually surprised that he had been willing to accept her terms. She knew how much trust he was giving her right now and she wasn't going to let him down.
She gave his arm a gentle squeeze and then let go.
She frowned in regards to what John had said about the angel being human, and felt a little silly for what she had assumed about Dean calling him 'an angel' as a term of endearment. But now wasn't the time for it.
Dinah took a step past John, doing her best to remain polite even if she still thought that he could have been a bit friendlier to someone who was just worried about his family.
Then again, Dean had charged in guns blazing, metaphorically (thank goodness it was only metaphorical at the moment) so she supposed she shouldn't have been surprised at the pissing contest between the two.
She took a deep breath as she spotted Dean's brother. He was very clearly breathing. And also just as clearly out of it. Every so often, he would tremble and his expression was very clearly not at peace.
"Hi Zee," she said warmly.
She was glad to see her old friend, though she was really not happy about the current situation. Not to mention that she was frustrated because she didn't exactly know what was going on.
"What happened to him?" she asked.
She really wanted to know what she was dealing with before she tried to negotiate for Dean to come inside and see his brother.
