"I'll try to go easy on you," she said, with a cocky little quirk of her lips and laughter layering under her voice.
Not many knew how strong Leeloo had been created to be. Some of the ones in die Festung may have noticed; she'd spent hours on end cleaning up rubble, never tiring in the way of other women working beside her. Then, she knew what was expected of a woman of her stature and build: not much. She didn't expect Eric to do any more than laugh when she suggested she could stop him.
"When should we meet, and where?" It was easiest to meet at sunrise at the gate. In fact, that was typically the time when she met anyone she'd promised to accompany out into the wild, since telling time here in this place seemed difficult for most.
For Leeloo, there were always the stars, the movements of the planet... She knew time well enough. In her sarcophagus, awaiting her next awakening, time was all she'd had. Yes, she knew it very well indeed.
"Maybe I can learn what you learn, too," she added as an after thought. She'd been taught hand-to-hand combat, and she knew her way around all manners of weapons. She'd never had to use them, but the knowledge was still deeply embedded in her. She didn't need training, except to know what training he would have. And with that knowledge, she could work even better with him, should the time come.
