Evey gave Mag a warm smile. "He'll do a lot of good," she said, very certain of her words. Carlos didn't give up, and only worked harder when things were tough. He was a good man.
"Let's get some of the cityborn to help us sort through the injured and get them lined up in front of the hospital. The gravest injuries should be first -- but we need our helpers to know to be on the lookout. Internal injuries aren't as obvious. We should also make a safe place for the children who have been separated from their families. We'll need caretakers to watch after them and guardians to ensure they're safe."
Evey paused and thought through the rest. "Supplies are next. The hospital has water, but we'll need food very quickly. Clothing and anything else we can use for bandages is also a priority."
There was a lot to do. "Shall we split up? What parts do you want to take?"
