Any place someone could call home could be considered special. It was home, no matter the amount of things within it.
Mag could feel herself falling, but was also aware of Carlos' hold on her as their bodies tilted with the gravity. She fell over him, her eyes closed and it was then the shaking seemed to cease completely to be. She opened her now brown eyes, the shine and swirl having left them, looking down at the man below her.
When the magic shield faltered an they were once more enveloped in the silence of the room, Mag lifted a hand and brushed her fingers gently over Carlos's face, her eyes flickering over him to make sure he was alright.
"Are you okay?" She breathed, then shifted slightly.
It was then she realized how close they were. With a flush of color in her pale cheeks, Mag cleared her throat and glanced away. "It was the ground shaking...but I don't mind." She said softly, casting her gaze back to him.
