"Doesn't exactly look like he'll be winning any father of the year awards any time soon," Xigbar quipped as he studied the monster. Fire was working at least somewhat well at drying out the mud, but they needed something else to speed along the process. His guns did okay, but they wouldn't really tide them over in battle any time soon. They needed something to keep the thing from healing itself.

Xigbar wasn't a champ at ice spells, but he was good enough at his magicks to create a decent size ice spell and aim it at the monster. What was the worst thing that it could do? Heal the dang thing. That was already happening.
