Demyx flushed. "It--it was stupid, I mean, I'd just hit my head, and--well," Demyx looked away a little. "He told me that saving that kid was a stupid thing to do, and that if I kept doing useless things like that I'd get killed." Demyx hesitated, then shrugged. "I told him that, for somebody who seems so dead set on getting his heart back, it didn't seem like he was planning on making much use of it." Demyx looked down, fiddling with the edge of his sleeve. "I dunno, it was a pretty shitty thing to say, but he would have let that kid just die, for no reason, to save himself a good ten seconds of effort. It was stupid."
