You're holding something just in front of me
Roxas had been a little caught off guard by the request Riku had made and wasn't totally sure why he'd agreed to meet the other teenager. It was an a little odd the other teenager was being so nice to him suddenly and Namine as well. Roxas hadn't actually interacted with the girl more than in passing, so it was a little odd that Riku seemed close to her suddenly.
He sighed leaning against the side of one of the buildings, idly eyeing the tower where he usually went with Axel and Xion. Things had been odd recently anyway, ever since Xigbar had found Kaito. He hadn't had any interest in the thing, since he'd been kind of avoiding the older members anyway. They were usually busy pursuing their own experiments, which left him plenty of free time do what he felt like. That usually meant trips down to Twilight town though.
He lifted his head stepping back slightly when he noticed a group of the kids walking by, although they didn't look up. They were probably headed for the sandlot, although they seemed to be at odds with the group that stayed there. He'd spent a lot of time half following them as he familiarized himself with the layout of the town, although he'd never approached them directly.
There was really no point to doing that ,after all. He wasn't like them and that more than anything bothered him, although he'd never admit it. He'd been fine when Xemnas had found him initially but he was finding himself less and less comfortable in the castle and wondering why he was even there. He didn't really fit in with the others.
Roxas sighed and shoved a hand through his hair before he glanced up the sky. Why was everything so weird lately? He pushed off the wall and headed towards the tower, his thoughts returning to Riku. He still wasn't sure why he'd agreed to meet the other boy, really. They hadn't gotten off to the best start.
