It feels moot to ask for anything in the Trekverse, so I'm just going full PB at this point using the faces in my icons.
Ideas I'd like to fill all in het please:
Fuller figure girl (Tilly/Mary Wiseman) has a bit of self esteem issues, but one guy turns that around through worshiping every inch of her.
Completely competent, head strong, and hard working nearing middle aged woman (Number One/Rebecca Romijn) who is loveless and more focused on climbing the ranks at work encounters a work peer who shows her it's okay to not be in control all of the time.
Bright, curious girl from a rural area and a conservative family (Soji/Isa Briones) is on a cross-country trek to find out what it's like in the big city and ends up with more than what she bargained for.
No: rape, violence, bathroom play, underage, animals, heavy BDSM, unwarranted abuse.

it’s a shot in the dark, i know, but if there is anyone who would play john breem from physical, i would love to play sheila rubin against him. possibly something that picks right up where season one ended and goes beyond what the show had to offer, but im okay with picking up anywhere in the series (or even figuring out something au)
