Shoulders rolled back as hands were placed palms flat against the bumpy brick wall behind her. A foot brought up behind the slayer was placed against the wall as well as eyes remained on the other woman. With the slowing of her blood and the nicotine of the cancer stick bringing her down some the baby dark slayer was slowly starting to regain her normal mental functioning some, however the silence inside her self remained. Pushing off from the wall with her foot and hands the slayer followed close behind Katherine yet on her own path. Shooting into the darkness of the ally she jumped up, landing one foot on an upside down trash can, running over a dumpster and then launching her body into the air. Slipping between levels the slayer landed on a fire escape and quickly made her way up the remaining two flights of stairs, meeting Katherine on top of the building with ease.
The watchers insistence on running was almost bland for the slayer. She’d had more challenging times chasing after the monsters of the night at this point. Leaping between the buildings, flipping over the obstacles and dodging under debris came easily to the tough girl. While the movements kept her blood rushing it allowed the deep seated hunger and desire to slip away from her mind even further for destruction, even if other things began to eat away at her mind now. Finally leaping through the air the slayers body twisted in a delicate manner, allowing the contorting to take care of her leap through a thin area between two structures. One hand hit the ground with a low grunt as Kel then pushed off of that arm and propelled her body into the air, twisting so that she could land in a crouched position, knees out to their own respective sides with her knees bent, holding the slayers body close to the ground and her right arm gently extended as the left hand hit the ground between her feet. The moon light shone down over the top of the slayers head and back, masking the rest of her body with darkness in the shadows. Black covered the lower regions of her face below the brown pools that shimmered in the light like a mask while the shades played over the other half of her body. Legs, arms, face, torso, each item half concealed by the lacking light revealed a truer side of the slayer then anything else in her life. The dark side that no one saw until the right light was cast down on her. The bits and pieces of grim reality that littered the slayers very soul as her mind and body remained a battle ground of good and evil every single day.
“I’d be disappointed if you did.” Her voice came out thick and husky, laid with emotion otherwise not shown, daring yet not challenging, with an odd form of passion and desires unspoken. With a few quick steps the slayer hunched down, putting a steady hand on the ledge and vaulting her self over it into a free fall. Hitting the ground was muffled as she hunkered her body low to the earth, blocking the sound vibrations a moment before extending back up to her full height. Eyes narrowed in the darkness searching for the aforementioned demons Kat had promised would be here. Glancing over to the other watcher a dark desire that no longer held only primal intent but a dark intellect never noticeable by the light of day. “Waiting for an invitation Katherine?” Words were clear and low, a strange edginess to her voice that didn’t convey anger in the least, but something deeper, something much more dangerous then any fighting trait that had ever been shown before. Something… Darkly intelligent with the muscle to back the mouth. Something… Much more deadly and devastating then the slayer had ever displayed before.
