A heavy breath was released that edged between a sigh and a growl in a not so careful manner. Muscles remained tense as fingers were still dug into the sheets. Pulling at the sheets Kel used them to anchor her self, a vague attempt at staying calm. The baby dark slayers jaw clenched as she managed to stay still, focusing all her attention on listening to the Empath through her rising rage. The apology caused a very quick switch in emotion for the slayer. Did… Emma just say she was sorry? Brows furrowed with a couple blinks as her head slowly turned to look at the other woman, a question obvious in her eyes. What had caused this sudden change in the other woman? Did Kel… actually make a good point?
Shifting the slayer rolled her shoulders and looked away before glancing back at the Empath, a twinge of unassuredness of precisely what had just happened streaking through her mind and body. “Uh.. Sure. I guess.. I mean… if you want.” Shifting again Kel examined Emma’s actions for a brief moment before leaning over carefully and gently pulling the redhead’s hands away from the sides of her head. Slowing bringing her hands up Kel paused for a moment, nearly asking permission, before the baby dark slayer finished raising her hands slowly and carefully applied pressure to the empath’s temple, mimicking the motion she had watched Emma do just a moment before. “L..like this?” The words came out low and almost nervous as Kel attempted to ease what she assumed to be the redhead’s pounding head and frazzled nerves.
