July 22nd
Today is my birthday, as such, I'm going on a little holiday this weekend. I'd appreciate if everyone could keep their knickers on between now and when I get back and not injure any of my players.

If anyone keeps me from my trip, I will be less than pleased. I need this.

As for the team, I let them make mistakes and then we make the gain as a team by fixing it together. The Falcons are good. Just threaten to re-break their bones.

That's very wise. I like that. They already have the screwing things up part down pat, and I have the fear and intimidation part under control.
