Today certainly started out with a bang for Witch Weekly's own Heidi MacAvoy when she received a set of jinxed dungbombs disguised as roses. While others might have been intelligent enough to realise that no one likes her enough to spend the knuts on her, MacAvoy fell right into the trap and set off the dungbombs, putting everyone in the Witch Weekly offices in the line of fire. Rather than attempting to fix her mess on her own, she did what she does best and had a man come to help her. What makes things more interested was the man in question was none other than Patrick Brindley, the man whose marriage MacAvoy had recently single handedly destroyed. Rather than keep her at arms length, Brindley apparently dropped what he was doing to rush to MacAvoy's aid.
Heidi MacAvoy Caught in the Act?
World's Most Boring Man?
One can't help but wonder why he would be so willing to help the woman who tossed him to the wolves. Could it be that they have been in league with one another this entire time? Has this all been a plot to discredit Alicia Spinnet and George Weasley? Or could it simply be an attempt to make Brindley seem less boring?
We might never know the truth, but these two are clearly up to no good, as they left the Witch Weekly offices together shortly after Brindley arrived. Could it be that Alicia Spinnet wasn't the only one having an affair in her marriage?
