Look. I get that illegal potion use is serious business and all, but I don’t see how these searches are going to do much of anything. Seems like an invasion of privacy just so the Ministry can look like it’s doing something productive. Which is terribly shocking.

Not that I wouldn't put it past a man to find feminine hygiene products to be suspicious, but I'm not concerned about tampons. I am concerned about what else they might find "suspicious". They want transparency, but don't release even a partial list of banned or suspicious items. I am especially wary of this unknown list of "suspicious" items in light of the "random" searches of medics' offices.

Right. Well the tampon thing was a joke. Sometimes my humour doesn't translate over journals, but any official touches my lady business in my locker and they'll have more to worry about than some paperwork.

That being said, they're just trying to muck up trouble to make themselves look effective. Wear the white hats and all that.
