I'm thinking the paper might be better. Radio being semi-live makes things more of a big deal, and I'm guessing Meghan won't be too pleased about that. It means you can give me what you want to say, a few quotes, and I can weave it into something appropriate. Also means any outtakes can be hidden better, because the last thing you want is someone at the network getting hold of stuff that's cut for a reason.
