Two weeks ago I tried to apparate home from Puddifoot's. I had a lovely flat white with some pink things in it, you know, to try something new.

It was tasty. I thought I'd try to make it again.

Ordered a machine off of the wireless - that was my first mistake. I thought it started talking to me in my sleep. Woke up one night and it was by my bed. My hand to Merlin, that thing was alive.

Got in touch with the Ministry, it was improperly charmed. Turns out they were recalled the day after I got them. They hauled it away, it was steaming smoke out of itself.

Come to think of it, I'm lucky to be alive.

That's the worst part, actually. The company sells companion machines. They market them toward older people, but really, think of that. You're asleep, old, minding your own business and then a lunatic machine crawls into your bed and forces you to take your medicine.

What if you don't take medicine? What if it's your husband's machine and it's got the two of you confused.

Robotics and charms are a nasty combination. Terrifying, actually.
