Her smile widened. Really, it was one of the few endearing things about her. The wider her smile, the more feminine she tended to look, and right now Nonie was grinning from ear to ear. He was rather endearing in his embarrassment, and it made it easier for her to relax and let her walls down a bit, especially if she could talk about Quidditch.
"Oh, you know. I'd be crazy not to love it," she said, rather amicably. It was a white lie, she promised herself. Nonie enjoyed about half of the remainder of the drink to wash the sense of guilt she felt about pretending. The truth was, she ached every day she went to work.
"The Cannons!" Nonie's smile was good-natured. The only thing that he could have said to disappoint her would have been Magpies. Besides, it was hard not to root for the Canons. Every win they got was somehow adorable. "May you bring them many successes!" she raised the second glass to touch the rim of his before taking a good-sized gulp.
