OVER RIDING CHARITY FUN!!!

The original idea was that 12 Quidditch players have either volunteered, or been told to be apart of it who are the main focus for driving people to donate money. Originally when we came up with this idea there weren't even 12 players in the game! Now that it isn't the case it's going to change some because we want everyone to be involved. So if you have a Quidditch player who does NOT want to be apart of this please let me know ASAP so I don't go out and find pictures and things and find out that we don't want them!

The Timeline & Events.

1. December 4th, as suggested by Lisa, anyone who is NOT a Quidditch player, but perhaps works for a team or is involved with the industry who would like to volunteer their time to helping make sure everything runs smoothly will have a happy hour & dinner. Lavender Brown will send out invites to those of you. So far I have: Kensi Montgomery, Emma Dobbs, Tasia Runcorn, Demelza Robins & Lia Moon interested in helping out. Anyone else is of course welcome (Cho?). During this meeting, and Lavender will start a thread as well to get things going they'll talk about events, assign tasks and sent on their marry little ways!

2. A 2005 Calendar: This will come out in December. All the Quidditch players involved will be in it. It's going to be a weekly calendar so we can fit in everyone at least once to three times depending on random.org. I've found lots of pictures for all characters but if you have suggestions please make sure that they are HQ and rather large!!!

3. Charity Ball: (Before Christmas). A huge event where each player will be at a different table and anyone else who bought a ticket will be randomly placed at tables. In some cases 2 or 3 players will be at the same table merely for interaction! Seats will be assigned using random.org. If a player invites someone they can be at the same table if requested.

4. Date Auction: (February). Around Valentine's Day, there will be a date auction for everyone to bid on the players and win a date with the player. There will be a party after the auction and a huge open thread. There will also be an OOC post to figure out who is bidding on whom to make life a little easier! Players get to pick which charity the money goes to in this one!

5. Carnival: (March). First thank you to Nicole for the idea! In the middle of March when everyone is getting sick of the snow and all the cold, One of the pitches (they'll be bidding to win, and it'll be part of what's in the news) will host a carnival. To kick off the carnival there will be a friendly match between the participating players. They'll be picked at random that day and have only one hour to get ready for the match! After the match, which will have a 2 hour time limit everyone attending will receive a free drink will the pitch is changed into a carnival ground. There will be games, challenges, food and more! *** This is a huge one that all the volunteers can help with!

6. End of Season Bash: (May). A huge beach themed party for everyone involved for the year!

7. Other Charity during the year: Anything a team wants to do, please do it! We also had an idea for post secret which will be introduced soon! If you have ideas for spin offs, or anything let us know!
