Lately things had been busy for Kensi, Falcons players had the reputation of mostly being bad boys and that reputation led to a lot of work. Today she was at the ministry with one of the younger new reserve players who'd happened to find himself in a bit of trouble. While it wasn't on her job description Kensi often ended up taking care of the players and accompanying them to whatever they might need. She never talked about what had happened with other people and the officials at the Ministry really liked her for the most part. She was always put together enough to make things happen and to calm down a situation.
The meeting lasted nearly 4 hours and came out with just a fine, it was tiring. Kensi had other things she could have been doing but that just wasn't the way life worked sometimes now was it? She was really hoping she could avoid going to the Ministry for a couple of more weeks although she knew the odds of that were really far fetched. While Kensi did adore the Falcons, sometimes she wondered about looking for another team to work for. Break out of what she'd been doing and find something new and exciting out there.
With that thought she watched the reserve player head off in one direction after thanking her a few too many times. Sighing Kensi turned down the hallway making her way to the lobby of the ministry and out the front doors into Diagon Alley. It felt good to get outside, she wasn't one for spending too much time inside. She liked to take short walks while at work just to get out and feel something other than the locked in air of an office. After being in a meeting for four hours the fresh air felt very comforting and refreshing all at the same time.
Perhaps it was due to being lost in thought about possible idea for the future that she wasn't paying as much attention to where she was going, or perhaps it was just because it was Diagon and it was always busy but before she knew it she felt herself bump into someone. Luckily she managed not to drop anything. "I'm sorry," she said turning to see who it was she'd walked into.
