"I think so," she said, flexing her wrist. "I mean, it's the only thing that really hurts." Her ribs hurt a little but all she could really focus on was the pain in her ankle. "My heel broke and I fell," she gasped, wincing as she moved a bit. Normally, she'd be nervous and terrified to have someone she didn't really know in her flat but at the moment? All she felt was pain and gratitude. Shivering, Emma felt the adrenaline rush through her body and her teeth chattered. She knew she was going to have to go to St. Mungo's.
"It's quite bad," she murmured, following his eyes to her ankle before meeting his gaze. Merlin. He was very large. Sitting next to her, she felt tiny in comparison. He was broad and muscled and her nerves flared up. Tucking her hair behind her ear, she glanced down at her bruised and swollen ankle. "It really hurts..." she whimpered, gripping his arm when a sharp pain shot through her.
