Ade glanced up when he heard a voice he was actually familiar with. He really shouldn't have been surprised, but a chuckle did escape him as he caught sight of her shirt. "No worries, Chris. I've always got time for you," he responded amused. Any other night he would have been interested in the female attention, but not tonight. Tonight he couldn't care any less. Besides, he'd been far too busy sneaking glances at Emma and Zach whether he wanted to admit it or not.
"My life is not shitty, by the way," he added, finishing off his second ale. Even with his strange obsessions he enjoyed himself more often than not. "However, I'll let you make it better." Signalling the bartender for another ale, he turned in his seat to face her. It had been a while since he'd seen her and he idly wondered what she'd been doing to keep herself busy. He could take a few guesses but had a feeling they wouldn't be too far off from the truth.
Nodding toward where Emma and Zach were sitting, he smirked. "Hope you don't mind me advertising this little challenge," he smirked, taking a drink from his new glass of ale. "Smith's in on it."
