Quibblercons

As some people may have noticed, I haven't been making new icons or layouts lately (I've gone back to school and my program is usually a 12-hour-days kind of program), but due to the Great Downtime of 2017, I'm going to make the asylum set for open membership through the end of the month. If you need to remove and re-add yourself go right ahead, and for those who are new, please do check out the rules so that you're agreeing to provide attribution and not to hotlink and all the other nice things.
