Already seated with a pint and some fish and chips, Katie was working on finalizing some things for tomorrow's Prophet. The season was opening, which meant lots of coverage in her section. The season was always a good time for her job, but her personal life...
Especially now that she was dating a player. She wasn't sure if she'd see more or less of Oliver, but she'd see less of the little sprog, which was always hard. She loved the little tyke to bits.
At her side was a list of questions and her recorder. Miles could take his time for all she cared, this was a working lunch, so the longer, the better for her. Being cooped up in the office all day was tiring.
