Probably you've noticed that my comment is slightly late. I kept postponing reading this story because I knew, deep down I felt that it was going to be so beautiful, so perfect, so fulfilling that all I would think about, after reading it, would be: I wish I could read it again for the first time. And again, and again.
Justin waking up to a good, fun dream; the brightness of his life as an artist; Brian's humour and so-canonical adoration; the Ted references; the Vessel, the pool; Mason's advice; Katsuo and Brian drinking coffee in silence; Brian letting go of his final hesitation (perhaps).
I would like to quote everything, but as far as funny exchanges go, this is my favourite:
“Babylon’s a club, not a house.”
“Tell that to Todd.”

And Brian didn’t want Justin to leave anytime soon - he was just now getting his sea legs. Brian couldn’t wait to watch him sail.
Christ, is this just the beginning? Of course, it is.
Brian love:
No time like the present, Justin had said. Maybe it was time for a change in philosophy.
