Gusmas 2011: Four Letter Words & Terms of Endearment
These last two drabbles complete my 37-part story (using every prompt, in order, one drabble per prompt and no more) challenge. I've had a great time drabbling for the community and would like to thank xie_xie_xie for hosting it!
(A note to the mods: I'll go back and adjust my headers to reflect any donations each drab may be eligible for. Links to all the drabbles posted at the community can be found here at my IJ under "alternative" links if it's easier to keep track of that way.)
Title: Four Letter Words Series: Recovery Author:museme87 Prompt(s): Dec 30th—it shouldn't matter Notes: For the 37-drabble story challenge. This takes place post-"why am I here" in 2.06.
He doesn't understand why the fuck it makes any difference—how Justin came to live with him. All that matters is that he's here, right?
Wrong, apparently.
He shouldn't give a shit about that either, but he's never cared about someone like this before. He doesn't want to say that word, doesn't even want to think it, but for the first time, Brian is worried that that's what this thing between them might be.
He pounds another beer, stares at the clock, and wonders when Sunshine will come back.
His life had never been so dependent on another person's happiness.
Title: Terms of Endearment Series: Recovery Author:museme87 Prompt(s): Dec 31st—party image Notes: Fulfills not_yet_defined's "all 7 images" challenge. For the 37-drabble story challenge. This takes place at Babylon just after Justin and Brian lay out the terms of their relationship in 2.06. It's also the final installment of the series, so I hope you all have enjoyed.
He slips his tongue between Sunshine's lips, tastes alcohol and saltiness. Justin moves against him, hips shifting and grinding in time with the beat of the song. Brian moves too, less to the music and more to the feel of Justin's stiff cock. Their foreheads touch. Brian presses a kiss to the tip of Justin's nose while Justin's hands slip over his ass.
Since the bashing, he's been looking at Justin in a new light and, scarily enough, likes what he sees. And it might just be enough for him to someday tell Sunshine exactly what he wants to hear.
