Challenge #132: Couples
Title: Road Trip (Part5) - LA (The End of the Road)
Author's Note: This conclusion of the Road Trip drabble series is told in six drabbles. The series started Here. suze_y has been invaluable as a beta. I also want to thank kari77 for the outrageously HOT icons she made for me to use for this series. It's has been so much fun writing this, and I appreciate everyone who read and encouraged me to continue it. I had a blast and hope you did, too.
And the condoms go to: All six to, who else, Brian and Justin.
Having charmed the studio security, Brian stood watching Justin from outside the art department door, absorbing months of changes. Hair - blonder, longer; skin - more golden. He was, as always, beautiful.
As Justin went about gathering supplies, Brian also studied his personal interactions. Brian knew that Justin had adapted to this new setting, and despite an underlying air of distance, fit right in. But, while Justin had always been confident, arrogant even, there now was a polish, a charisma that was new. And very enticing. He noticed others’ eyes, male and female alike, mimicking his own regard.
Brian had watched long enough.

Brian’s senses rioted as he approached Justin from behind.
His fingers literally ached to touch him, and his mouth watered at the thought of tasting him again. Leaning close, Brian was hit by the smell that had lingered on Justin's pillow for weeks after he had left.
"Justin" was dragged from rolled lips, as his hands took hold of Justin's shoulders, every other atom of Brian's body jealous of the contact. Brian felt, as well as heard, Justin's gasp as he straightened and turned simultaneously.
But Brian's first sight of Justin's beautiful smile after so long, felt like coming home.

The memories hadn't even come close to the reality. Brian's mouth was hotter and smokier, sinful and delicious. Justin had jerked off thinking about it many times.
"I can’t believe you're here," Justin breathed into Brian's ear, again. "Come on, let's go. I need you to fuck me."
Reluctantly freeing one hand to dial his phone, Justin pulled an unresisting Brian out of the studio.
As the car arrived, Brian glanced consideringly at the big Harley in Connor James’ parking space, then at Justin, who was inside the limo, already half-naked.
Brian murmured “Fuck it” as he climbed in.

It was many hours later before they could look at each other without getting hard, or speak without having to lick the words from each other's lips.
They lay entangled on the huge leather couch. "So this is the guest house, huh?"
"I know. Isn't it crazy?" Justin grinned
"Is Rage gonna buy you a guest house and butler?"
"No, unfortunately, not Rage. Just before you got there, Brett told me they'd pulled the plug."
Brian's fingers stuttered, then moved to sooth the frown. "So, what are you gonna do now?
The grin resurfaced. "Right now? Enjoy my consolation prize!"

"I have already gotten calls from two directors wanting me to come work on their projects. One as art director."
"That's great. So even though Rage the movie is dead, JT the Hollywood legend lives on." Sarcasm was a time-tested shield. "So you're staying?"
"I've been thinking about it. I wanted to talk to you, but didn't want to do it over the phone. LA is amazing, and the opportunities that are being offered to me..."
"Are ones you shouldn't pass up." Long fingers carded Justin's hair.
"No, I shouldn't. And I don't want to, but I want you, too."

"A motorcycle?" Justin queried, atop Brian's chest.
Brian shrugged. "With Leo Brown buying the Lakers, Kinnetik could expand to the west coast. I needed time and distance to decide."
"And what did you decide?" Justin's voice sobered, preparing.
In that moment, reflecting on all the times Justin had put his fate in Brian's hands, and the trust that took, Brian realized the real reason he had crossed the country.
Justin deserved that trust in return.
"I decided to take a chance on love. So you tell me, am I coming or going, or coming then going, or coming and staying?"
