Challenge #112: Kinnetik
Title: Moving On
Condom: Blake

Brian shut the door and ran his fingers over the letters, following their path, remembering how he’d been filled with pride and fear the first time he’d seen them. “Kinnetik.” The name declaring it his in every way, right from the start. In the end, Kinnetik had succeeded beyond even his dreams, and he dreamed big. But now, beyond the doors, there was nothing but darkness. The parties over, the goodbyes said, the boxes packed and shipped.

Brian pressed his hand against the glass one more time before walking away. Justin was waiting, and they had a plane to catch.

Gahh I love this so much. Kinda bittersweet, with him saying goodbye, but the last line kills me, because they're moving on together. :)

OMG! You killed Kinnetik! But it was so good, and now I'm conflicted about my love for a drabble that killed Brian's baby.

I love that you capture perfectly the concept that Brian wouldn't give up Kinnetik for anything less than Justin.
