Justin was beginning to understand this Brian Kinney Operating Manual.
Brian said he didn’t want to talk about Michael, which of course meant that this whole thing was bothering him.
“But now he hates you,” he replied, reaching for his shirt.
“That’s okay, as long as Michael’s happy.” He looked away.
“Wow, you must really love him.”
“I think it’s time for you to go.” That was it, the move that was very Brian Kinney, especially when people brought up that word.
But that meant it was true.
Leaving, he picked up the forgotten comic. Maybe he could fix this

“I admire your ambition but you need the experience to back it up. Give it time.” He told Kip.
Brian knew two things, and they were men and the ad game, and he most definitely knew both of them better than Kip.
One thing he knew was both got better with experience. Sure, he’d climbed the corporate ladder quickly, but he’d worked his ass off. Late nights spent in the office and not in the club had gotten him where he was. Paying attention to every minute detail.
He was the best solely on his own, there were no handouts.

Emmett couldn’t look away as Ted he spoke, told him that he would miss him and listed off the reasons that God did love him.
A knot was forming in his stomach as Michael kissed him on the cheek. And as he stumbled back to his seat next to Heather that feeling did nothing but grow.
He swallowed hard.
Heather was staring at him as Ty started talking, and just the look they exchanged said a lot.
“I think your friend might have a point.”
Emmett nodded, slowly, “You think we should make a scene as we leave.”
She smirked.

“Your mother would love him.”
Brian turned to his father, “don’t you think she’s screwed up enough boys in our family.”
Jack chuckled, “Yeah, I suppose she has.”
“Let me put this simply, if she finds out you’re going to pray the cancer gets to you before I do.” Brian glared at his father, making it perfectly clear what he meant.
He hadn’t planned to introduce either of them to Gus. It had been a split-second decision.
“No, I think it would be best if we kept her in the dark about everything.”
Brian nodded in agreement, sliding open door.
