A night at the vets
Poor Justin and little Rage. It's so hard to leave your pet at the vet's, waiting to know how he/she will be over night and knowing that they miss you and don't understand being left alone.
I had to leave my boy kitten overnight at the vet's once. When I went to get him the next morning, the vet assistant came back and asked if I minded getting him out of the cage! He gladly let me lift him and cuddled on by shoulder looking back from where we came. On the way out, my kitten said something to a German Shepherd in the next cage that sent the poor dog into a fit of rage, barking and jumping against the cage door.
Emiliano didn't hurt himself biting the light cord on the Christmas tree his first year, he just ran with the cord in his mouth and pulled the tree down. But he sat in my lap and let me trim his nails like a total gentleman. He was the first cat that actually owned me and I'll never forget him.
