Ummmm, I don't really have a recipe for it. I rarely cook with recipes....something I picked up from my mother when I was a kid. I rarely saw her use a recipe. She'd just throw a bunch of stuff together and voila! food.
Basically all I do is:
Boiled the macaroni noodles & drain Throw the macaroni back in a pot on the stove, add milk (maybe 1/4 cup or so), butter (around a tablespoon), add lots of cheese. I like lots of cheddar & velveeta in mine and you can add whatever else you may have. I also like colby jack, farmers & longhorn in mine if I have it on hand. Drain a can of tuna (2 if it's a large batch) and stir in. I've also been known to throw in either peas or broccoli (steam before adding) Mix it all together well and you're done That's my quick & simple recipe. You can also put it all in a baking dish and throw it in the oven for about 1/2 an hour at 350. Whenever I put it in the oven I like to put a layer of cheese on top.
Sometimes I'll make it as above without the peas or broccoli but I'll add bread cubes. If I make it this way I do bake it in the oven. That's how my grandmother always made it.
