This is a topic I've been meaning to post here for a while now ever since ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) xie_xie_xie did one on bottomless pit!Justin, but I'd like to discuss Brian and food in fan fic. Specifically Brian being all picky or calorie conscious about what he eats, not eating while Justin does, or just having a negative relationship with food in general.
I was discussing this with 4cupcakes1988 in a conversation I am not going to link here because I have an aversion to embarrassing myself in public let's just say it involved gay Skittles and Pull-Ups, but this is the gist of it:
I've never thought of Brian as really all that diet/calorie conscious. He just likes to mooch off of other people's plates and pretend that the calories don't count. He doesn't actually eat any better than anyone else. How do I know this? My sister is the exact same way:
Me: I'll have a bacon cheeseburger and fries please, and a diet pepsi.
Sister: I'll have chicken nuggets.
Me: Just chicken nuggets? Don't you want something to drink or some fries?
Sister: No, I'll just have some of yours.
Me: Mine? But I was going to eat mine. Get your own.
Sister: I don't want my own. I want some of yours. Does not compute.
