Emmett and Justin racing past Brian and cuddling since they were kids, "Litter mates since the beginning"; the phosphorescent blue cave; Justin being the prince already, but with a knack for PSAs; Double Barrel Deb, who literally steals the show every scene she's in (She cupped her breasts and bounced them up and down. “Who needs bullets, boys, when you got live ammunition?”); the references to Sheriff Bruckner and Deputy Michael; school marm Lindsay Peterson; every damn thing!
But most of all, this:
Across the lake, a hawk dove then flew up to the sky, silvery prize flashing against the deep blue.
