Klaus was growing tired of waiting for the ability to break this Sun & Moon Curse to make his hybrids. The key element lie in the hands of Hélène and he needed it desperately and she knew it, that's what angered him the most. He'd been after her for quite some time and she just waltzes in and proposes a deal that distorts his original plan. He wanted his little brother to suffer for what he had done and sometimes being stuck in a box just wasn't enough. Of course Klaus had every intention of stuffing him back in said box once he had killed both Allison and Hélène.
He found himself weighing the options as of late and he knew that making a deal with Hélène was the only way to execute what he needed done. He was going to have to compromise and he was not happy with it one bit so he drug his heels on getting back to her on the offer. It wasn't like she was going anywhere with Kol here in town. She made promises of delivering the sacrifices as well and there was no passing up that effort. Of course he could easily assemble what was required for the spell but it was easier to let someone else do the leg work.
He contacted her and invited her to the house later that afternoon. She sounded pleased as punch that he had actually contacted her, that he was contemplating lowering himself to her level. It angered him but the big picture was what was most important. Kol would be one less burden to carry around with him everywhere he went, he would be glad to be rid of him. He had compelled him to completely forget who Hélène was, but that was just a minor detail that he'd keep to himself. He smiled as he poured himself a drink and waited patiently for that knock at the door. He smirked and felt his nostrils flare as the doorbell announced her arrival.
"Hélène." He said as he stepped back to welcome her into his home. It was quite uncanny how alike her and Allison were, remarkable really. He always had found the existence of these doppelgangers fascinating and this only drove it home more for him. They were perfect. She followed him into the grand room and he motioned to the ample seating in the room as he moved to refill his glass and pour her one as well. He walked over to her as she stood at the opening of the room. He sat down in an armchair in front of the fireplace and took a sip from his glass.
"Please do come in, have a seat. I invited you here to negotiate your terms, I would think you would be eager to hear what I have to say." He raised his eyebrows curiously at her before crossing his leg over the other as he got comfortable. He had no plans of getting snagged in one of her traps. He'd make his deal, leave a few loops holes open of course, and send her on her way to prepare what she needed to prepare. The full moon was in less than two weeks and he wanted to take advantage of it.
