The nature of reality was exactly what Yukari was questioning right then herself. She couldn't help it: her mind flashed back to the day she saw him slipping into unconsciousness, slipping away from them even as Aegis held him, all the while with that peaceful expression on his face. She also hadn't forgotten for a second that nightmarish scene she and the others had witnessed in the Abyss of Time, when they learned the truth about Minato's sacrifice.
She clenched her fists and held them against her chest to keep her from reaching out. The next thing Yukari knew, she was walking towards the boys and feeling like the world was slipping out from underneath her. She kept telling herself, 'This is too good to be true, this can't be real.'
One thing was for sure: Yukari didn't know whether to cry or smile, so she did a little bit of both before her voice was strong enough to speak. But all she could say in greeting was, "Minato."
