"You've created a trap. Our options are limited, and you know it." He said very simply. He was just frustrated that no matter what he said or thought it felt as though she didn't get it. She didn't get that this was now his problem as well, it wasn't something she could just cut him out of. If she did do that, he wasn't positive how they'd make it past the war.
Was it Felix that went with Caius? That bond was strong? He'd nearly said it, but he wasn't going to point that out. "Don't sell yourself short now. You kept Marcus attached to the Volturi." He said, this wasn't a time to be uncomfortable with ones abilities.
"Unfortunately we don't have many options." He said with a sigh. I suggest we stay here with Marcus until the next short battle takes place. There will be more. A lot more. This is merely the start of a war that will change the nature of our races hierarchy. Or options are to become involved fully, stay half involved and get out when we can, or run. Running would leave to being followed everywhere we go. We don't have the option to live peacefully." He said simply.
"I suggest we stay with Marcus until we both agree on a path out or to take part in a new power."
