Youmacon & the Big Bad Bait-&-Switch

Youmacon's Alley head just announced on Monday that the 8'x30" tables artists bought and paid for months ago are now going to be 6'x30" . . . if not 6'x18". This makes three conventions this year where a convention's decided to up and change table sizes, space placement, and so on after people have paid their way in.

Who's paid up and locked in anyway? Did this last-minute change screw up your displays? How much do you think the lack of contractually agreed-to space is going to hurt your sales?
