Disclaimer: I do not own Tekken nor Jin.
Justification never came easy. There was always something to be lacking in motivation to do anything right, so all he ever did was wrong. It was that way that he could go on living without having to justify himself. After all, he was filled with evil, barely holding on to sanity even after being taught the sacred arts.
Justice.
The old stories said that Justice was blind. Jin could only hope so. The skin before him was so feathery soft, so pale and so easy to cut into by a mere blackened fingernail. Black for evil, white for pure. The strangled wail of the child hurt his ears, the babe’s mother was sobbing on the floor at his feet. The devil in him had ravaged her to its content, now Jin fought for justice within himself.
A justice he may never have, as the devil’s claw stroked the babe’s pale, untouched skin.
