It all started with a story. Several really, each one evolving in their own little reality in time and space. Everything seemed to be perfectly normal in each reality... And then people began to vanish. A mysterious cult known only as the Abyssimus had somehow become established in multiple realities, picking their targets wisely in order to utilize their powers for the own ends. Their goal? To recreate existence in their own twisted image. Worlds began to collapse from the sheer power they were using with survivors straggling across the multiverse.
Their existence shrouded in darkness on multiple planes, the cult forced heroes from different realities to confront each other to keep them off their trail. Many fell to the ploys of the cult, spending more time battling each other than looking for the real source of the problem. But there was still hope. A mysterious group of benefactors with untold power stepped in to give aid to those trying to save the multiverse.
...They all screwed up. Bad.
The damage was done and the would be saviors saved who they could, merging the remains of the multiverse graveyard to house everyone they could in a singular and mostly stable reality. Unfortunately, Abyssimus, which survived the destruction, quickly did the same in the hopes of causing enough chaos to allow them time to try again with what remained.
A new reality was born, one with heroes, demons, aliens, and more. Histories are similar, yet different... and in the dark corners where no one dare venture, Abyssimus still lurks.

No one was ready for it when the fanatic occultist group Ordo Templi Orientis revealed the truth about vampires to the world five years ago. At first, the public didn't believe and centuries-long rivals, the Templar Knights, did their best to keep the supernatural world a secret. The Templars, despising this new faction and the image they portrayed to the public, set out to stop the extremist group at all costs and protect the secrets kept by the supernatural. However, the extremists of Ordo were all to eager to show the world these supernatural monsters. Worldwide, vampires were forced to register with their governments or risk being hunted, legally.

| As chaos and fear rule Hogwarts, there are some of those who fight back. The DA is still recruiting and still urging those who can to fight against their oppressors and take back their rights. Even the reign of the Death Eaters are poised to take over Hogwarts, the decision on which side to choose rests on the shoulders of the students. Will they decide to do what is right and fight for their rights? Or what is easy and give into the power that rules?

Sometimes the world you create on the page seems more friendly and alive than the world you actually live in.
Since the dawn of time, storytellers have enchanted audiences with their words. But there is an even rarer gift. There are those who, by reading out loud, can bring characters to life. Out of books and into our world. Most of these people prefer to keep their skills a secret but some do not even know this gift is theirs, until it is too late.
You know how your story begins, do you know how it ends?
We offer you a unique setting and the ability to become part of our story. It is all about what you want! This place vastly encourages players to help us shape the setting and offers both mod-run plots as well as the option to simply choose a plot you would like to see. Temporary doors to different worlds can be picked and opened so characters can visit them. Buildings can be added and the journal is already full of changes that players have made over the last three years.

On August 14th, 2003, a blackout struck the North-Eastern area of the United States of America. Both Nomaj and Wizard-kind were affected by the incident.
Magic became unstable. Simple spells could not be cast went attempted, accidental magic became rampant. The barriers that guarded the magical world from the Nomaj-world fell, revealing everything to people who did not, could not, or would not believe.
Fights broke out, magical areas were invaded and explored. The MACUSA president had to approve an emergency Obliviation Blast to wipe the minds of all Nomaj’s. Two Obliviation Blasts were cast and barriers were restored by August 17th. Most Nomaj’s have forgotten about what they had seen. Most.
President Gilroy St. Gilius has upped the security for the larger magical locations, including Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. All witches and wizards have received identification cards and contact with Nomaj’s has been restricted. The Anti-Nomaj campaign has begun once again. “Keep our world clean and safe!”
greylock is a Harry Potter RPG centered around the lives of students at the Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The game opens September 1st.

When Darkness Falls: A New Orleans & Boston Supernatural Game
STARTING IN SEPTEMBER WE WILL BE A MULTI-CITY GAME FEATURING NEW ORLEANS AND BOSTON! WE ARE CURRENTLY ACCEPTING HOLDS FOR BOSTON CHARACTERS!
When Darkness Falls is a multi-location original character role-playing game set in the iconic ciies of New Orleans, Louisiana and Boston, Massachusetts. The story began in November 2012 when supernatural beings were still hidden from the public, living alongside unsuspecting humans who were never the wiser. Werewolves, vampires, shape-shifters, gifted humans, and others struggled to keep their secrets, while still maintaining relatively "normal" lives.
In 2014 a group of humans, bent on exposing the supernaturals for what they are, began cropping up in cities across the globe including New Orleans and Boston. Their cause grew quickly, and despite resistance the supernatural community was exposed to the world in grand fashion.
In New Orleans the initial reaction was to condemn supernaturals, to lock them away and to keep their kind away from humans. This proved futile, however, as the supernaturals banded together and fought back. The war between the human and supernatural worlds did not last long, however, before the government began to intervene.
In Boston the news of the supernatural world was swallowed with a bit more ease, though unrest was soon apparent. While no fighting broke out there was a push to separate supernaturals from human beings for safety reasons, a movement that was quickly squelched out when the government stepped in to run the show.
Presently the world is still making a shift toward a new era, where supernaturals and humans can co-exist together in a world no longer segregated by lack of knowledge. There are those who still oppose this movement, though laws and regulations are now in place to protect the interests of all parties. While humans must learn to cope with the new world order, supernaturals must learn to adjust to no longer lurking in the shadows; darkness is no longer their ally.
