Hogwarts Carefree is a game designed for you to just come and play. The application process is more of a formality just to ensure you've given some thought about a character before jumping into a game. It shows you are committed to the process and less likely to jump ship. However, the mods job is not to decide if your character is good enough to be played. This is a next generation game where all the characters are new and exist for us to explore.
