We're opening on July 10th (or whenever we have 10 applications). Professors, graduate students, and undergraduates are all available for play, just as long as they are based on Disney characters (animated animals will obviously be played in human form). Wanted Disney characters include the Beast, Gaston, Lumiere, Cogsworth,Alice (in Wonderland), Captain Hook, Ariel, Sebastian, Flounder, Jasmine, Jafar, Bambi, Thumper, and many, many more (particularly male characters).

Mischief Managed
Mischief Managed is an original character, contemporary Harry Potter RPG currently seeking talented writers. We are a unique community of original characters that still respect the canon laws of the Harry Potter universe. We value in-depth character development and mature writers (Mary-Sues and self-inserts will not be considered.) This is an HP board for dedicated writers and storytellers that enjoy collaborating with their fellow 'students' to create their own history. We welcome people to apply for professors, as Mischief Managed is one of the few boards that holds active classes in any and all Hogwarts subjects, but we are also looking for students of all houses and ages. Initium is a new beginning. Lord Voldemort is dead and the wizarding world is picking up the pieces left in his wake. The muggle-born registration has ended and they no longer live in hiding. The ministry is no longer in turmoil. Hogwarts is reopening. All is right with the world?
In the wake of Lord Voldemorts demise, the death eaters have claimed to be Imperiused or otherwise coerced into service in his name. Some have been released into society, now better citizens. Among that group was Rodolphus Lestrange. He has become very active in the ministry and is considering a run for political office, standing up for the order, doing what is right in society. Things are not always as they appear. The death eaters have reformed underground and are quietly building their army again under Lestrange's guidance, unbeknownst to the world.
Meanwhile Hogwart's is flourishing. Due to the disasters of the last year, the students have been invited back for a proper 7th year and a proper education. It is a shortened year but it gives then the opportunity to make up what they missed and take the exams that will help them continue on into their careers. The parents think that it is a good idea, especially those of muggleborn children who had to leave the school last year. The DA is a welcome organization and the students may feel free to join. It isn't hidden but honored. Below the surface though, the DE children will also organize and will build again. Leading in the seventh year, they are now pushed underground but they never stay there for long.
Initium is an intricately woven game where spies for either side, run rampant as battle lines are again drawn. Each side, both in the wizarding world and at school are gearing up for yet another round. Who will win in the new world is anybody's guess.

It's not easy being Superman... Spider-Man... Wonder Woman... Storm... wait, come to think of it, it's not easy being ANY superhero. What if you - Mr. or Mrs. Superhero - were given a chance to show the world, or at least network television, precisely how difficult the role is.

I'm looking to cast NINE - that's right! only NINE more players and characters for this game. That will give us a cast of twelve characters and players. I'm looking for male and female superheros from both Marvel and DC universes. The idea for the premise is simple - think The Real World, but everyone is a superhero!
So... what sort of game is it? Essentially, it's a social game, but in addition to the normal aspects of a social game, everyone is being forced to live together. I'm looking at this as a chance to explore characterization... and hopefully meet a few good roleplayers, too.
The application process is simple - it's not your normal hundred statistical questions and give me all the history of your character. It's the basics plus five in depth personality questions... and still, you don't have to write an essay. I just want to make sure you can write, follow basic grammar rules, and give me some idea to the personality of your character.
REMEMBER: There's only nine spots left, and they're going to go quickly. Get your application in today. Priority currently being given to straight/bi males and lesbian/bi females... and ANYONE in the DC universe. I've got someone considering applying for Dick Grayson (Nightwing), but he'd love to have a Barbara Gordon around.
